Jack Milani - Finding Gladness With a Diagnosis of Muscular Dystrophy

At the age of 20, Jack Milani is living out his dreams, but not in the way he first imagined.  As a child, he thought he would someday be a professional baseball player, but a diagnosis of muscular dystrophy left him finding a new way to make his dreams come true.
